Trust everything is going well.
As announced in various social forums and viber / facebook groups, its our great pleasure to call for OCJ annual general meeting (AGM). The meeting is an attempt to bring all members to a common understanding of our activities and seek opinion for new initiatives and plan for 2015. The venue and schedule is as below.
Venue: Tokyo, Funabori 1-2-1 UR Community Hall (Near Golf Course / ISKON temple)
Schedule: 30th November - 14:00 ~ 19:00 (Sunday)

- Opening speech by President and previous year OCJ activity report
- Ratha Yatra Report 2014
- TG 2014 Report
- Financial Report
- Saraswati Puja Plan 2015 and lead
- TG 2015 Plan
- OCJ 2015 events and leads
- Governing council election and renewal
- Any other open items / suggestions or general comments
- Adjournment and Dinner
Tea and snacks will be served in the afternoon. Simple dinner is being arranged for the evening. One behalf of OCJ, I request all members to present and actively participate in the discussion and make our OCJ as a vibrant community in Japan.
