NPO OCJ distributed blankets in Odisha

A blanket distribution program was organized by Odisha community of Japan (OCJ) in association with Foundation for Rural health, Education and Environment Development (FREEDOM) in Odisha, India during the month of January 2015. Southern Odisha was experiencing severe cold during that time and it was very difficult period for the old and homeless people. Shawls and blankets were distributed to the elderly and poor people in the two rural villages “Barigaon” and “Mohibila’ situated in Ganjam district in Odisha, where most of the houses are thatched homes.
